DURBAN TOURISM ASSURES VISITORS THAT DURBAN IS STILL A SAFE DESTINATION

DURBAN TOURISM has received with shock the news of the shooting incident involving
Mr Max Mqadi of Max’s Lifestyle in Umlazi.

Mr Mqadi is one of the pioneers of Township Tourism in our city. His popular eatery draws visitors from all over the world. We wish him a speedy recovery.

We also would like to assure tourists that Durban is still the place to be. Our tourism attractions continue to be safe and to offer excellent value for money, in addition to superior visitor experiences.

As we prepare for the holiday season the city is working hard to ensure that tourists have a safe and enjoyable stay in Durban.

ENDS.
